Cookie Policy
Effective: October 9, 2026
This policy covers app.customer-conversations.com and www.customer-conversations.com, both run by ProductMicrobe BV (Adolf Baeyensstraat 109, B-9040 Gent, Belgium, VAT BE0729995472). It says which cookies and similar technologies we use, and how you can change your choice. How we handle personal data in general is in the Privacy Policy.
Your choice
The first time you visit, a banner asks whether we may set analytics cookies. Accept and Reject weigh the same. Without your consent we set only the necessary cookies below, and PostHog does not start. The choice is stored for six months, then we ask again. You can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer; rejecting later stops the analytics and removes the cookies listed as optional.

Third parties
When you pay, the checkout is provided by Paddle, and booking a call opens Cal.com. They are separate services with their own privacy and cookie policies; we do not control what they set.
